At Qstars, we provide hands-on engineering through secondment staffing, consultancy work and scoped projects. Supporting our customers from first concept to running production systems.
Together with our Cloud & Infra team, we bring extensive multidisciplinary expertise and actively share that knowledge with the communities around us.
We believe good engineers never stop learning, so we make room for that. We cultivate growth by giving our engineers the opportunity to attend conferences, pursue certifications and take part in communal training and workshops. We also encourage the freedom to explore new technologies and deepen their expertise.

Small by design
We put our people first. At roughly 25 engineers, staying small allows us to maintain close personal contact with eachother. Combined with a flat organizational structure this keeps us focused on having real technical impact.
It keeps the atmosphere around the office relaxed, familiar and supportive — you actually know the people you work with!

We believe software is best when it’s openly shared. This principle shapes how we think and work. Our engineers contribute to open tools, discuss ideas and bring that same collaborative mindset into every team we join.
It’s not just about the code, to us the community is just as important. Through talks, contributions to user groups and open-source tools we live the value of readily available, collaborative systems.
So, what do we do?
Secondment
As a seconded engineer at Qstars, you work directly within a customer's team either on-site or remote. You build features, shape technical decisions and ship to production in enterprise environments. Meanwhile, you're supported by Qstars through knowledge sharing, peer guidance and growth.
Consultancy
Consultancy at Qstars means stepping into organisations to tackle specific technical challenges and guide engineering direction. You're brought in for expertise, whether it’s architecture, performance, DevOps practices or improving delivery workflows.
Project based work gives us the opportunity to deliver full solutions from concept to launch. We define the architecture, build the solution and maintain ownership through deployment and quality assurance. It’s an interative process with the customer that comes with technical autonomy.
