Secondment
As a seconded engineer at Qstars, you work directly within a customer's team. You build features, shape technical decisions and ship to production in enterprise environments. All the while, you're supported by Qstars through knowledge sharing, peer guidance and growth.
Consultancy
Consultancy at Qstars means stepping into organisations to tackle specific technical challenges and guide engineering direction. You're brought in for expertise, whether it’s architecture, performance, DevOps practices or improving delivery workflows.
Project based work gives us the opportunity to deliver full solutions from concept to launch. We define architecture, build the solution and maintain ownership through deployment and quality assurance. It’s collaborative with the customer, but with full technical autonomy and responsibility.
